Instructional Design

While working with internal and external clients, I use adult learning theory and instructional design models to develop training programs to close identified gaps and manage client's expectations, production timelines, and deliverables. I partner with learning and development teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.


An instructional designer is a professional who designs and develops engaging learning experiences and combines educational theories, technologies, and instructional strategies to create training materials, courses, and programs that help people learn and acquire new knowledge or skills
